HOW TO ORDER WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (VISA / MASTERCARD) THROUGH PAYPAL?

1. At the checkout click “Check out With PayPal” 2. Click Pay With Debit or Credit Card 3. Use form PayPal Guest Checkout 4.Please use it via desktop as it works better there :) 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

*ALL ITEMS ARE Printed and shipped from the USA & CA*.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All products are costume made- print to order, that is why during off-peak months orders are processed within 4-6 business days and ready for shipping. 
(During Covid-19 pandemic, processing time can some times take longer. Contact us for info about the current processing times) 
Processing time Can take between 9-12 days During peak seasonal months.
We ship domestically ( US) via UPS Mail Innovations, USPS, or DHL.   
Once Shipped, It usually takes 3-7 business days for the Carrier  to deliver the item to the final destination   
                                                                         
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship , almost, all over the world ! However, your item needs to go through customs in your country and I have no idea or way of predicting how long that may take. So please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery time and before inquiring where your item might be. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs OR for customs location. Please know that you are responsible for any and all customs charges that you may incur from your order. We are not responsible for these taxes and do not implement them. They are also NOT included in the shipping cost! You must check with your customs office for fees, tax and delay information.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

The items on our shop are print to order, even if your order is still processing ,we can only cancel it within 2 hour after it was made. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

LOST ORDERS

If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker ( Let us know if you need any help ) 
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (US) or 60 days (International) and your tracking shows some kind of error, please contact us within 45 days and we will look into it.
If you do not contact us within this time we will assume your order was delivered and no further responsibility can be taken.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best, to try to accommodate the change, but if your order has already been processed and assigned to our fulfillment partners, then unfortunately we are not always able to make the change. Please double check your address when you place the order to avoid this from becoming a problem
